Hey There! Welcome to Cove & Crumb. I’m Courtney, the face behind the cookies. I’m a 29 year old cookie enthusiast with a knack for design. I moved to Santa Rosa, California in 2021 with my husband Cody, and our little men Coast and Canyon. We welcomed the newest addition to our family, our daughter Cove, in January of 2023.

While I’ve been running Cove & Crumb (formerly Court’s Cookie Co.) for the past few years, my full-time job is stay-at-home mom to my three littles. Just like most jobs, it’s long hours with not enough pay, but I am loving every minute of motherhood!

Cove & Crumb is the result of my passion for art, baking, and making people happy. As an artist, there's nothing that brings me more joy than being able to craft something unique and beautiful that brings pleasure and excitement to others. Each cookie is a canvas, and the beauty of Court's Cookie Co. is that YOU get to enjoy it, take it home, and share it with your friends and family, too!
